  • The website does not offer an option to purchase items through the web. If you are interested in working with Aulde, please fill out our trade program application.

    Once your application is approved, we can send you an electronic invoice through email to complete your purchase. We will reach out to you directly to quote shipping costs, answer questions, and walk you through the purchasing process prior to placing your order.

  • Due to the select, one-of-a-kind nature of our items, pieces from our collection can only be purchased by those who are currently in the trade (interior designers, architects, home developers, set designers, home stagers, and professionals in the hospitality and food and beverage industries).

    If you are a designer, please fill out our trade program application to be approved for purchasing.

VINTAGE ITEMS

  • We strive to sell vintage in its very best condition, but even the most well-kept pieces will show signs of age and use. We do our best to photograph any notable flaws on vintage items and have a condition note on every product page that will help you understand what to expect. The absence of condition details does not imply the absence of flaws. You are encouraged to reach out for more detailed information or photos.

  • Aulde is not responsible for the integrity of vintage electrical fixtures, lamps, etc. We recommend that all vintage electrical items get inspected upon purchasing, even if they are in working condition. Any electrical items requiring installation should be inspected and installed by a licensed electrician.

    By making a purchase with us, you accept the condition of your item as it is listed.

RETURNS

  • All sales are final, and merchandise is sold as is. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • If you receive any damaged items, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box/parcel. Please forward photos as soon as the items are received to info@aulde.com. You MUST hold on to the package and all it's materials as they may be required for inspection by UPS. If packing materials and/or the damaged item are disposed of before UPS finalizes their inspection, you may be denied a refund.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PICKUPS

  • Shipping is available in the contiguous United States (lower 48). Currently, we do not ship furniture outside of the United States. Aulde ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • We do not currently have an option to calculate shipping on our website. If you are looking for a shipping quote, please fill out our item inquiry form, and we will get back to you within the same day.

  • Aulde ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless longer lead times are specified in a product's description or there's a unique situation, in which we will communicate with you directly. Processing times are in place regardless of how many shipping days are specified at the time of order. If the item you order has an unexpected delay, we will contact you directly. We ship small and medium items via UPS, which usually delivers in 2-3 days. Large items ship freight, which takes 1-3 weeks and we will communicate with you multiple times during processing and delivery to let you know where things are at. If you need a quicker freight delivery time, please contact us before placing your order. We can often accommodate this for an extra charge.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, usually during holidays or sales, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you directly. Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on weather, holidays, etc.

  • Aulde does not currently offer a local pickup option for items sold through our store.

    Local furniture delivery is available in Northern Colorado. This service, available within a 60 mile radius from Colorado zip code 80525 incurs a fee between $90-250. The cost is calculated based on physical item size and distance from our shop, so we will arrange that fee with you before your order is placed.
