Beautifully hand carved and hand painted scultpure depicting a heron standing on a podium. Though the exact origin is unknown, based on our research it is likely from a Southeast Asian country, possibly Malaysia, and was manufactured sometime in the early 20th century.
The sculptures come apart in 3 sections, with mortise and tenon joints allowing for the sculpture to be joined together.
