MEIJI ERA TWO-PIECE CHOBA DANSU CHEST

Constructed from Cypress and Sugi (Japanese cedar), this merchant’s chest is made up of an upper and lower section. The cabinet is adorned with blackened iron brackets and hardware, featuring 9 drawers and two shelf sections with sliding slatted panels.
