Referred to by collectors as the 'mustache' chair, owed in full by the silhouette of its backrest, this pair of remarkably rare and equally beautiful aniline leather club chairs were crafted in Paris, sometime in the 1930s or 1940s. After receiving the the chairs disassembled, they were painstakingly restored internally and externally, with the original leather conditioned and missing cushions refinished with calf-hide leather from Moore & Giles, dyed to match.
